Mr. Sivasankara Parameshwara Kurup Pillai is the Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 28, 2019.
He has worked in the construction industries for more than 40 years in different Oil & Gas construction companies. He has experience in executing many projects in different parts of India involving construction of carbon steel pipelines, MDPE pipelines, pumping stations, and terminal stations.
Since 2006, he has been providing consultancy services in construction of pipeline systems and related fields.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao Gaddipati is the Founder and Managing Director of Likhitha Infrastructure Limited.
He has vast technical experience of over three decades in the Oil & Gas infrastructure business and has been the guiding force behind the successful execution of business strategies.
Under his leadership, the Company has grown significantly across all business verticals and operational activities.
Presently, he is also Chairman and Director of Likhitha Infrastructure Limited Hak Arabia Contracting Company and Director of GSR Ujwala Foundation.
Mrs. Likhitha Gaddipati has been associated with our Company since January 08, 2018 and serves as Whole Time Director and CFO.
She completed B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM University and Masters in Information Technology and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA.
She worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Chicago, USA as Associate Advisory Consultant from August 2018 to June 2019.
Presently, she is also Director of GSR Ujwala Foundation.
Mrs. Sri Lakshmi Gaddipati has been associated with our Company since inception and serves as Non-Executive Director.
She has significant experience in overall administration and has played a crucial role in supporting organizational growth.

Mr. Talpa Sai Venkata Sesha Munupalle is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company since March 28, 2019.
He completed graduation from Andhra University and is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He worked with HMT Bearings Ltd. and retired as Joint General Manager Finance in 2008.
Presently, he holds Certificate of Practice as Chartered Accountant and is proprietor of M/s. M V S T Sai & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Venkatram Arigapudi is an Independent Director of the Company.
He is a graduate in Ag.BSc and completed various management courses organized by ASCI Hyderabad and IJM Kolkata.
He retired from Adventz Group in July 2017 as National Sales Head.
He has over 42 years of experience in marketing, manpower systems, and corporate operating systems.
Ms. Jayashree Voruganty is an Independent Director of the Company.
She is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
She is currently practicing as Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing.
